Product Preview

Artwork Responsibility

By uploading artwork, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that you have permission to reproduce any logos, graphics, photos, text or other protected content included in your design.

File Quality

We print from the file provided. Low-resolution artwork, poor cut-outs, unwanted outlines, compression, transparency issues or other file issues may affect the final result.

Colour Expectations

Screen colours can appear differently from printed colours. We will aim to reproduce your artwork as accurately as possible, but exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing.

Placement & Sizing

Design placement shown in the preview is approximate. Final sizing and positioning may be adjusted slightly to suit the garment size, print area and production process.

Personalised Details

Please check all spelling, names, numbers, dates and personalised details carefully before placing your order. Once production starts, changes may not be possible.

Proofing & Approval

Where a digital proof or clarification is required, production may not begin until approval has been received. This can affect turnaround times.

Design Limitations

Not every design or effect shown on-screen will be possible in production. If a file, design element or request is not suitable, we may contact you to adjust the artwork, recommend an alternative, or cancel and refund the affected item before production.

Tips for a clean print:

- Avoid screenshots and heavily compressed images – they can print blurry.

Every file is double-checked by a real person before we print. If something won't print well, we'll email you first. If your file needs cleaning up or redrawing, we'll tell you about any extra charge before we start.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum – you can order a single bag. Volume pricing starts from 2 bags, and you can mix colours to reach each price break.

How much do 25 printed tote bags cost?

25 bags with a front print are £7.95 each – £3.85 for the bag plus £4.10 for the print – so £198.75 in total, plus delivery. With a print on both sides they're £12.05 each (£301.25 in total). One bag with a front print is £10.00.

Where can you print on the bag?

On the front, the back or both. You size your design within the bag's print area in the designer, and each side is priced as one tote print.

How long will my order take?

We print your order in up to 3 working days (large orders can take longer – we'll confirm when we check your artwork), then send it by DPD next-day tracked delivery. We deliver to UK addresses only, and delivery starts from £5.95, priced by parcel weight.
