Intellectual Property & Acceptable Upload Terms

By uploading or submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the rights to use it or have obtained all necessary permissions, licences and approvals. This includes logos, text, photographs, illustrations, trademarks, brand assets and any other protected content.

You agree not to submit artwork or instructions that infringe another person’s intellectual property rights or that would otherwise expose us to legal or reputational risk.

We may refuse any design that appears to infringe third-party rights, contains offensive or unlawful material, or is otherwise unsuitable for production.

Customers must not upload or request material that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit where inappropriate, misleading, or intended to harass or abuse others.

You agree to take responsibility for the content you submit and for any claim arising from your use of protected or restricted material without permission.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, we may use images of completed work for portfolio, website, social media or marketing purposes. If you require a project to remain private before launch or release, please tell us before production begins.
