Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe shown on the relevant product page or communicated during the order process. Dispatch times vary depending on the product type, order size, artwork readiness, current workload and whether approval is needed before production.

Delivery time is separate from production time. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery estimates are based on the service selected at checkout and the performance of the courier.

Where an order includes multiple items or product types, we may dispatch everything together once the full order is ready unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery disclaimer: We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts, courier disruption, severe weather, strikes, or events outside our reasonable control.

Delivery and collection: orders are sent by DPD next day delivery with tracking as standard. If you would rather collect from us in Sheffield, contact us and we will arrange it. Collection is not available as a checkout option, so please get in touch before or after ordering. Stickers, flyers, posters and business cards ship free. Clothing delivery starts from £5.95, based on weight. We deliver to UK addresses only.
