What size is a roller banner?
The most popular roller banner is 800 × 2000 mm (about 2.6 × 6.6 ft). The size options for this banner are listed in the calculator, and the Size Guide tab lists every size.

What's the difference between the stand styles?
All four take an 850 × 2000 mm graphic. The Premium, Talent, Trend and Style stands differ in base design and finish – pick the look that suits your brand, or get in touch and we'll help you choose.

What is greyback material?
Greyback banner film has a grey back layer that blocks light, so the stand and lights behind it don't show through your print. It also lies flat and resists curling.

How should I design my roller banner?
Keep your key message in the top third at eye level, use a big, bold logo and keep text short – people see banners from a distance. Leave the bottom 300 mm clear of important details.

How long does delivery take?
Choose Saver, Standard or Express when you order. Your estimated delivery date is shown next to the price before you check out, and delivery to UK addresses is free.

What file should I upload?
A print-ready PDF is best, but JPG, PNG and ZIP files up to 100MB are accepted. Set up your artwork at the full banner size (or to scale) as one PDF. You can also order now and upload your artwork later.

Tip: keep important text and logos above about 300 mm from the bottom (it can be hidden by the base or be at foot level) and at least 50 mm from the sides. Put your key message in the top third, at eye level.
Turnaround & Delivery
Care Instructions

- Roll the banner back into the stand slowly and keep a hand on the top rail – don't let it snap back.
- Store it in its bag or box, lying flat or upright, in a cool, dry place.
- Keep it out of direct sunlight when not in use to reduce fading.
- Wipe the print gently with a soft, damp cloth if it gets marked – no solvents.
- Roller banners are for indoor use – keep them away from rain and strong wind.
