What paper is best for concertina fold leaflets?
For handouts and door drops, 130–170gsm silk or gloss is the most popular choice. For something people keep – menus, invitations, premium promos – go for 250–400gsm card. Silk is easier to read; gloss makes photos pop; bond and recycled papers can be written on.

Can I order a small quantity?

- 170–200gsm: a sturdier flyer that feels more premium in the hand

How it folds:

- Folded backwards and forwards in a zig-zag, like an accordion, to give eight panels that pull out into one long strip.

Tip: keep text at least 5 mm from each fold line so nothing disappears into the crease.

- Keep your leaflets boxed and flat in a cool, dry place until you need them.
- Store away from damp and direct sunlight to prevent curling and fading.
- Handle with clean, dry hands – uncoated papers such as bond, recycled and kraft mark more easily.
- Paper leaflets can be recycled with household paper.
