What size folder do I need?
Pick the folder that matches what goes inside: A4 oversized (299 × 215 mm) holds A4 sheets, A5 oversized (215 × 153 mm) holds A5, and DL oversized (215 × 104 mm) holds DL leaflets and compliment slips.

Glued or interlocking – what's the difference?
Glued folders have the pocket glued in place for a clean, sturdy finish. Interlocking folders are die cut and slot together without glue – they arrive flat, ready to fold.

What is a capacity pocket?
A capacity pocket has a 5 mm or 10 mm gusset (side wall) so the pocket can hold a thicker stack of papers without bulging. The 0 mm option is a standard flat pocket.

Can I order a small quantity?
Yes. Type the quantity you need into the custom box and the price updates instantly. A few combinations have a minimum order – the calculator will tell you if so.

How long does delivery take?
Choose Saver, Standard or Express when you order. Your estimated delivery date is shown next to the price before you check out, and delivery to UK addresses is free.

What file should I upload?
A print-ready PDF is best, but JPG, PNG and ZIP files up to 100MB are accepted. Folders are printed as a flat die-cut shape – get in touch and we'll send you the right template for your size and pocket. You can also order now and upload your artwork later.
